At the age of eight, while most kids were playing in the small village of Krioneriti (‘Cold Waters’), on the Greek island of Evoia, I was making coffees and serving my mother’s tempting appetizers. I loved watching the satisfied smiles around the table! That’s when my passion for Greek food began.

Some of my fondest memories are the fragrant spices, fresh herbs and flavorful meals. These memories drive me to the perfection of each meal I prepare today.

I had always loved cooking and sharing my food with my friends and neighbors and began my restaurant career in America running our family’s gyro place on the OSU campus at 11th Street and N. High. Opening a restaurant of my very own was the logical next step for me. Welcome to my wonderful dream!
